Frosted Glass is produced by spraying a thin layer of sand onto the glass surface. The sandblasting does not change the characteristics of the glass but only changes the properties of the glass surface from flat, glossy, transparent to rough, translucent white.

Frosted Glass is a smart solution both for decoration and to block the view at the necessary locations. This is a highly artistic product, which was born for the purpose of applying beauty and creativity in the interior decoration materials industry.

Production process

Cutting, grinding, washing and drying the Glass Glass material is put on the machine to cut and drill holes (if any) according to the size and requirements of the order. After cutting, the glass plate will be sharpened to ensure safety. Finally, the glass is washed, dried and inspected again before being tempered.
Tempering heat

At the completion of the inspection, the glass plate is transferred to the heating furnace. Here, the glass is tempered to a temperature of 700 degrees Celsius, then cooled quickly with cool air.

After undergoing this step, the glass is 5-7 times more resistant to heat than the original glass.

Sand blasting

After undergoing the process to transform from ordinary glass to tempered glass, a layer of translucent sand is sprayed on the glass surface.

Based on sand blasting on the glass, it is possible to create unique motifs, flowers, and shapes, suitable for the requirements of every order.
