When customers order glasses at Viet Nhat Safety Glass Factory (VSG), we have the following detailed shipping policy to customers:

  1. Subjects of application: All customers of the Company
  2. Applicable area and cost:
    We receive freight nationwide, with the following details:
    – Please pay according to the freight rate of the carrier or as agreed for each order
  3. Delivery time:
    – Orders within the city: Shipped within 24 hours or at the request of customers.
    – Orders within a radius of 100km: Shipped within 2 days or as agreed between the company and the customer.
    – Orders outside a radius of 100km: Shipped within 5 days or as agreed between the company and the customer.
    – Before shipping, the forwarding department will contact the customer to schedule a specific time and place.
    – Delivery time: From 8:30 A.M to 7 A.M every day of the week.
    – It is possible to delay delivery due to force majeure conditions such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdown on the way of delivery, problems in the process of shipment…

  4. Packing and delivery
    For orders delivered through outsourced shipping services, for the safety of your goods, We will pack the goods in specialized packaging or boxes.
  5.  Delivery charge
    – Delivery charge: Calculated based on the Weight of the goods or the Weight converted from the Size (for bulky goods), the cost of packing wood, the distance from the place of delivery.
    – Method of calculating Weight converted from Size (for bulky goods – in accordance with the precedent of the delivery industry): Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height(cm) / 6000.
    – Customers can refer to the Appendix of Delivery charge and Shipping Time Criteria according to the price of the supplier.
    – If your order needs to be shipped by different shipments or has to be shipped several times, the transfer fee for your entire order will be charged one (01) time at the time of the first shipment.
  6. Responsibility for goods transported
    – If the transportation service is appointed by vsg.com.vn, we will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the transportation of goods from vsg.com.vn to the location requested by you.
    – You are responsible for checking the goods upon receipt. When you find that the goods are damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or wrong, please sign the condition of the goods with the Shipper and immediately notify the Customer Care Department.
    – After you have signed to receive the goods without taking notes or making comments on the goods, vsg.com.vn is not responsible for the return requests because of damage, scratches, breakage, distortion, wrong goods,… from you later.
    – If the transportation service is specified and selected by you, you will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the transportation of goods from vsg.com.vn to you. The customer will be responsible for the fare and associated losses.
